Want to stay anonymous? Don't worry, no email address or name fields are shared on the public portal. You can create an account which lets you vote on other people's ideas and receive updates when your idea's status changes.

Allow Customer Agreement to pop up for Jump Client Access

Currently, the only way that the Customer Agreement will pop up is if you are actually doing the session key/email remote support method when accessing a user's machine.  It would be beneficial to also allow this to pop up during a jump client session as well for the user to allow or decline support.  This would help assist in if they are busy or if they have any confidential documents up.  We'd be able to have in the prompt for them to close said documents before the tech views their screen.
