Concurrent Rep Console Logins regardless of licenses

I have more operatives than licenses and would like all my operatives to be logged into the Rep Console without affecting the license use count.

I believe the count should be determined by the number of sessions actively in use (i.e. connected to a client) not counting operatives logged in if they are idle. This will allow all operatives to remain in the rep console making it easier to see if all sessions are in use and when one becomes free. This is especially useful for when teams are handing over to others in a remote location, making the process smoother.

We have a pool of about 90 licenses and over 800 users with access. We control this by breaking up some of the groups and restricting access via the licensing controls. We further enforce forced logouts and expiration on logins so no one can stay logged in consuming a license without being in an active session.

We are in a similar boat where we have multiple teams and endpoints that don't necessarily communicate with each other day to day. Allowing multiple active logins but not active support sessions would be a MAJOR value add.

agreed.  we have reps that belong to multiple teams, so we are forced to use a single larger team pool rather than than minutely control the license pool like we would like.
