Something that I would like to see is a remote support setup that is just for the reps to use for personal jobs such as helping their parents with their computers. My vision would be a separate rep login that can be restricted to set times (e.g. out of business hours), not recorded as part of the corporate reporting system (so they don't take up space on the Bomgar units) and also be restricted so some options are not available (pinned clients, canned scripts etc). I'm aware that we can technically do this with the current builds although it would still record the sessions using up disk space on the unit and still be part of the corporate environment.
Maybe a better option would be for Bomgar to adopt a 'free for personal use' hosted system (similar to TeamViewer). I think this would encourage reps to become expert users and loyal to the Bomgar brand, which would in turn encourage them to recommend Bomgar to colleagues in other organisations and/or to future employers.
N.B. I personally use TeamViewer to support family as my only free option and do think that technically it is a competent remote support solution (although not as good as Bomgar); what I don't like is the business practice they employ where they publish articles bad mouthing their competition with false comments etc.
