Currently the Special Actions button is a globally toggled on or off feature that allows for rapid troubleshooting by support staff. However special actions allows a user to execute commands upon a installed Jump Client at the system level and as such granting this control has certain security considerations. Moving this feature to User Group Policies or similar location would allow the feature to be turned on for technical support staff (Helpdesk, Support Technicians) but leave the feature turned off for less technical supplementary support staff. This allows for broadening the use of Bomgar within an organization while keeping the specialized tools available for the staff that need them as well as remaining secure. Alternatively restricting the ability to run Special Actions as SYSTEM would accomplish the same goal.
