Hi Marc, thanks for the note! The auto refresh is actually providing a live view of your Jump Clients, so as soon as that rebooted system boots back up and its Jump Client connects to the appliance, you will see it online in the rep console nearly instantly. In other words, there's no scheduling to it!
If you are seeing different behavior, or if it's taking longer than you would expect for the Jump Client to connect, then do let us know over at help.bomgar.com and start a chat with our support team just in case we need to take a look together to see if something else is going on.
