Since we do Windows Imaging deployment remotely using USB and the Bomgar server is not reachable during the installation (due to the following network card is not configured, no internet and systems is not on our network), we would like to have a offline installation without connection testing to Bomgar server during the installation. So that the installation does not fail and the agent is still present on the system. Once on our network & internet is available the Bomgar Jump client should checkin to the Bomgar server and be online.
This is now possible with Bomgar Remote Support 17.1+. The expiry time period for installer still applies, but the Jump Client doesn't have to check in with the appliance during install.
