In some conditions errors are produced that generate a message to the Rep that asks if they would like to send a log to Bomgar. In a secure enterprise environment this is very poor way to address this condition. This would be better addressed by sending notification to a configurable email address allowing the system administrator to determine the next course of action. An attached log or link to where the log can be reached would be useful as well.
One method to induce this condition is from /login. Activate the “Restart Bomgar Software” to cause this type of error to popup for all currently logged in Rep Consoles. Other possibilities may exist as well.
No error should ever be automated to send to a third party that is not authorized through a managed process in a secure enterprise.
