We have many customer which we offer Bomgar Remote support and do the support for these customer.
Now we have different roles. One role for each customer is for revision. Users from customers with this role can see als reports of his/her team. But it is not possible to see reports from support session our supporters to their systems.
We would like to have the option, that the user with this permission has the possiblity to see all reports which belong to their teams/clients. Also it should be possible that the userids of the supporter are anonymous. So that we can change the userid of our supports to the name of our company.
