We have integration with Entrust for 2FA and unfortunately with Entrust Bomgar picks up the Username instead of the Display Name so when chatting with clients they see the username for our agents instead of the full Display Name.
Currently our Bomgar admins are making that change but I would like to delegate access to edit Display Name to the supervisor of the help desk agent. Shouldn't be to complex to implement.
Admin access is currently required in order to change the display name and I think we would benefit being able to grant that access to non-Bomgar admin as well.
FYI we don't want to allow agents to change their own user name as decided by senior management we want to make sure we standardize on names for our clients.
