Create a new generic report that will provide usage data based upon teams for a specific window of time. We continually have issues with product adoption and this report would allow us to know which teams are and are not using the product so we can follow-up with them to understand why they are not using the product. Also, we will be able to follow-up with those who use it continually to assist and be an advocate to those who are not.
For instance, it would be helpful to know that Team 1 (and the specific members of that team) had logged into Bomgar 20 times and had 30 sessions in the last month, quarter, year, etc. Then in the same report, Team 2 and Team 3 did not log in at all.
