Mask secondary rep invite

When a rep is currently connected to a customers pc we often have to invite a colleague in to the session. Currently when doing this the customer is prompted to allow permission for the second rep to join. An option to invite the second rep without asking the customer to accept is needed, as often our customers leave the pc with us and walk away from the machine so are unable to respond.

I currently have an engineer remoted on to customers machine with a problem with one of their applications.

He is unsure on how to proceed and has requested assistance from another technician (3rd Tier Person)

He is now unable to add the second technician, as the customer is away from their desk / gone home for the day and they’re are unable to approve the second technician.

The customer is expecting a resolution to their problem by tomorrow and it’s unreasonable IMO to say that we weren’t able to deliver this due to a restriction in our remote support tools.

This is an ideal change that is very much needed so i would emplore the product ideas team to make this change.
