Product Ideas Portal

Got an idea for a new feature? Maybe a tweak to make something work even better? Wish there was an integration with another product to make you even more productive? You've come to the right place.

The Product Ideas Portal lets you submit whatever product feedback you have, good, bad, ugly, and anywhere between.

Want to stay anonymous? Don't worry, no email address or name fields are shared on the public portal. You can create an account which lets you vote on other people's ideas and receive updates when your idea's status changes.

Jump Client Favorites

- The customer would like the ability for the Rep to be able to favorite Jump Clients and create a list of those favorited clients that is specific to that Rep.

    The BeyondTrust UX team is researching a design concept for this feature, and we'd love to share it with you! You can access the test here:

    You will need:

    Google Chrome

    a Validately Chrome extension (you'll be prompted, and can delete it afterwards)

    a microphone.

    Just started implementing Bomgar at my company and this was one of the first things our group of field techs asked for.  Please incorporate this feature.
