Want to stay anonymous? Don't worry, no email address or name fields are shared on the public portal. You can create an account which lets you vote on other people's ideas and receive updates when your idea's status changes.

At present the rep has the option to select view only when starting a support session but the default is to start with full permissions. As in the screenshot attached.
It would be useful to allow the customer to change the behaviour so they can specify sessions start as view only by default (allowing for prompting to be turned off) and can then elevate to screen control once they are in session (which could then require the user to agree).
Please offer this feature enhancement for both the web console as well as the thick client.
