Screen Reader (JAWS type)

Those who are visually impaired need to interact with the Bomgar rep. The full customer client doesn't work will with screen readers for the visually impaired.

    An assessment was completed in Jan 2021 for work required to update the tool for VPAT and WACG standards. This assessment is being reviewed internally for prioritization on future release schedules to update this functionality.

    We have a technician whose screen reader (JAWS) is not compatible with the representative console. Is this capability even being considered?

    Bomgar is also incompatible with NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers. Specifically, screen readers cannot recognize the pop-up window asking a customer to approve Bomgar installation.
