Want to stay anonymous? Don't worry, no email address or name fields are shared on the public portal. You can create an account which lets you vote on other people's ideas and receive updates when your idea's status changes.

An assessment was completed in Jan 2021 for work required to update the tool for VPAT and WACG standards. This assessment is being reviewed internally for prioritization on future release schedules to update this functionality.

Bomgar is also incompatible with NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers. Specifically, screen readers cannot recognize the pop-up window asking a customer to approve Bomgar installation.
