Want to stay anonymous? Don't worry, no email address or name fields are shared on the public portal. You can create an account which lets you vote on other people's ideas and receive updates when your idea's status changes.

Jump Client installation confirmation

Description: when asking customer to perform the install, they don’t know if the install is successful, as no information is given at all. This installer just “terminates” when done. No feedback at all.

When installing the Jump Client and no credentials are required, the installer just finishes with no output at all. This is both on Windows and Linux.

We would like to have at least a final dialogue saying something like:
"“Installation completed successfully. Connection to support.example.com established successfully.”

    It is important that we receive this information after the installation is complete, as this must also be logged for ISO 27k documentation. Please implement this. Otherwise we will not be able to complete the process documented. Many Thanks.
