Virtual Smart Card for access to Mac

Customer needs to use a Smart Card to support Macs. Customer also mentioned wanting to use a Smart Card to push an unattended session to a Mac (like Jump To on Windows), but this session start method is not currently possible.

I can see that this has been on your agenda for almost 3 years now. Bomgar have been fantastic in supporting us ensure that clinicians and staff can continue to operate when isolating due to COVID-19. This functionality is now vital as a high proportion of our users are Mac owners. Please accelerate the development and thank you for continued support

We have a lot of GPs using MacOS at home and this is the same issue being faced.

Our institution is primarily a Windows Environment, however we have some Admins who would like to use Mac devices as their main workstations and cannot due to lack of Smart Card support. Users would like this integration as soon as possible, as they cannot perform their job functions on these devices. We use Safenet USB tokens which work on Windows and Mac. Currently, the tokens only work on the Windows Rep Console at this time.

In our organization, login to domain accounts require a smartcard. Local accounts are not allowed. So our remote Service Desk staff is not able to help MAC users when elevated access is required.

Bomgar needs to add VSC support to Macs system for Gov and Enterprises that enforces a TFA environment. Without this support, Bomgar is limiting our tech's ability to support Mac Users remotely.
