When suggesting an idea for change and get a response "Already Exist"

I've tried to see any links, responses or otherwise communication, when I see a response to a suggestion and it state "Already Exists". If the suggestion already exists, we would like to see the explanation, instructions or in any manor a link to the direct topic the suggestion points to. The reason it was a suggestion in the first place is that the tech isn't aware of how it's to be used or other-wise needs guidance. In the future please give links, explanation or otherwise have a ticket created to circle back to the person making the suggestion so they can be updated. It would also be good that it be posted back to the suggestion so that others can learn from the suggestion. I actually look at "Already Exists" to see the answers but there don't seem to be any?
