we need better reporting for canned scripts. it is great that we have them, but it is hard to measure the value. it would be nice to see who/how much a specific canned script was used so we can see the value.
We definitely need this functionality .. To be able to see the canned script utilization.

In addition to usage reporting of Canned Scripts, it would be useful to have the ability to generate a report for each canned script or all canned scripts which detailed the actions used within the script and a dump of any supporting files or scripts used. At present, we have hundreds of canned scripts written by previous employees and contractors for which we have no reference except the meager notes in the description of the canned scripts.
Is there an existing, reasonable method of accessing the contents of resource files stored in Bomgar?

This is a must for reporting. I have created 150+ Canned Scripts / Special Actions, but have no easy way of determining if these are being used or not.

the ability to create canned scripts is amazing, but there is no way to track it. i would like the ability to lists all of the scripts, how often they are used, etc. this way we can do trending, see if they are being used, track how often and by whom and compare with their effectiveness, etc.

Hi Bryan,
Thanks for the idea! While you could probably extract this information from the chat events in the session reports, I doubt that's quite going to cut it for you.
Would you be willing to share a little more about what your ultimate goal for this feature would be? For example, are you needing to tidy up your current list of canned scripts, maybe removing the ones rarely / never used?
