When there are strange problems Tech support will ask to enable debug logging on the access console and endpoint. When this is needed i have to tell the remote company that he has to create / copy a blog.ini file to a location and has to edit the ini file to get the logfiles to the correct place.
After the logging is done the have to ship the logfiles over to me.
I would like to suggest an option so This can be enabled remotely and be uploaded via bomgar tools.
