Allow team members, leads and managers to join and takeover session amongst each other Merged

As a ISP operator we need to collaborate with other teams and external engineers to remedy system incidents. Hence we need to be able to join and takeover sessions from members of the same team and leaders of the same team. This shoud be configured per group policy.

As an example of an issue with this,: we have one internal group that is a manager of quite a few contractor groups, and thus manages/oversees many endpoints. If a contractor is connected to an endpoint, a member of the internal group can easily join in the contractor's active session. However, if a member of the internal group is connected to an endpoint, the other members of the internal group do not even see the active session in the Access Console. Right now they resort to chatting and calling one another until they can track down the active user and ask them to invite them into their support session.
