We are setting up Bomgar to integrate with our Service-Now Change module.
However a lot of the priviliged access work is initiated from a (Service-Now) Incident.
It would be nice to have integration to the Incident module as well. There seems to be a technical limitation at the moment.
You either integrate with the incident module (we do for Remote Support) or the change module; not both.
