We have recently implemented Bomgar and I love the ease of use. We are deploying Jump Clients to all of our end-user machines so that we can provide unattended support as we had done with our previous remote tool.
One piece of information that we had become accustomed to seeing, however, is the serial number of the machine on which the client is installed. I notice that Bomgar does not capture this information, so I was wondering if there was any way to add this to the list of captured items. It would definitely be helpful for our needs.
Additionally, while I see that all captured information is searchable in the Jump Items area of the Rep Console, I have yet to find a way to change the columns that are actually displayed on the list. Is there a way to adjust this so that the user, IP address, (and serial number) could be shown on the display when the list is refreshed? Again, would be helpful to be able to see and sort by that information in the list form rather than having to click on each individual entry to pull this up.
