Idle representatives can only have their Rep Console session terminated by a site Administrator. Needs non-administrative users (Managers) to be able to do this, also.
Showed customer how to set the idle representative logout time. He liked this option, but still needs non-admins to be able to log out idle reps.
A user must be set as an Administrator of the site to be able to terminate Rep Console sessions. There is not a separate option to allow this permission without allowing full administration of the site.
This is a nuisance to have to ask an Adminstrator to do this. Would like his Support Team managers to be able to do this from /login or their own Rep Console instead of tracking down a site Admin or wait for time-out.
With idle session and idle rep timeouts, Bomgar considers this functionality already covered. License pools, license usage reporting or purchasing additional licenses might be necessary in order to avoid license shortages.
