Several of our German customers/prospects have requested for the possibility to restrict access to recorded support sessions (requiring four-eye-principle). This is usually due to local legal regulations, where such personalized information of a support session may only be accessed upon authorization.
Usually, we have suggested the following workarounds:
-retention period is set to 1 day and session logs are pulled off-site afterwards where a four-eye-principle could be implemented outside of Bomgar
-session recording is turned off (reducing some of the benefits of using Bomgar, some session information still being logged textually)
To meet the strict requirements for some of these prospects, the above workarounds are not sufficient.
