I agree with other previous recommendations that Bomgar remote software support be able to interface with a Raspberry Pi. The Pi seems to be ubiquitous in both consumer electronics and in industrial applications.

I need a business reasons to ask my users to stop using other remote support software other than bomgar but if bomgar remote does not support IoT, Macbook with ARM then i would be shooting myself in the feet....

Can you please update regarding ARM based cpu's.
Now that Apple are running their own silicon on the ARM M1 based Macs it should be time to release arm based Jumpclient software. This would be great for Raspberry PI's.

Do you have an update on a ARM client? I would like to run a Bomgar Jump Client on my Raspberry PI running Kali Linux.

Thanks all for your input on this feature! While we're working on this and many other new features for you, we also want to make you aware of a survey that you might be interested in.

If you are a remote support customer with perpetual licensing, would you consider giving us 10 minutes of your time? We're even offering an added incentive - completing the survey enters you for a chance at $300 for you or a charity!

Click here to start the survey, or email the UX research team at if you have any questions.

Team, please provide Jump Client support for Raspberry Pi models, as more and more IoT devices are coming online, and managing them via PRA would be real nice.

Please include this feature to support ARM64 devices, as we are going to have Surface Pro X devices in the near future.

You can connect using tightvnc viewer via ssh tunnel, you have to do some config editing to view the currently logged session but it's not to complicated. Of course it will be easier with a jump client ;)

ARM is one of the main IOT platforms out there, would be great to have BOMGAR to support remote access to those devices!

Having a Jump Client and/or Jump Point that could be installed on an ARM processor has been requested multiple times by several prospects and existing clients.
