We recently started looking into collecting logs relating to Bomgar support sessions for security monitoring and ran into a few questions. We currently have the appliance send logs remotely via syslog but for the most part that only captures the login/logout events of the support personnel. We'd like to also capture support session details, file transfer details, etc and get those into our centralized log repository. I don't see an obvious way to do this based on the documentation available on your website, so hoping you can help us with this requestsession
