Adding host in to hostgroup is manual and very tiring if host count is a lot

In BIUL we are creating policies using roles based option, however for "where" section we have to manually type the host-names to add/remove host-names in the host groups which is a big manual tasks because in customer environment, single application contains more than 50 servers and maintenance of these many servers is a big operational tasks (if new server adds or any existing server removes). Please provide us the option how this can be done just by selecting the host-names from UI or can be done via fetching the computer groups (linux servers) from AD, since AD is integrated from BIUL.
