Command Group command list inheritance

It would be nice to be able to inherit a list of commands from other groups. As an example, I should be able to identify a Command Group in my command list. I have tree groups: Database Admin, Storage Admin and Domain Admin. I want to create a list of commands that each group can identify. The Database Admins and the Storage Admins cannot execute the same commands, however the Domain Admins can execute anything the Database and Storage Admins can. In the command list for the Domain Admin, I should be able to identify the Command Group for the Database Admin and the Command Group for Storage Admin without having to re-identify EVERY single command again.

This reduces the amount of administration and command complexity.
