PLEASE GET RID OF SERVICE NOW PORTAL FOR SUPPORT. THIS IS THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. I REPLY TO EMAILS THEY DON'T SHOW IN THE SUPPORT CASE.

Hi Fred - Really sorry to hear you're running into such considerable challenges with the new support portal. The team has been working extremely hard to get this set up for all our customers globally and as you can imagine, it's a lot of work. I have forwarded your note on to the team in Support working on this. Given that the ideas portal (this site) is for product features, we may not be the best place for updates on the Support Portal issue you're facing. The Support team may be better suited for it if you want to reach out to them.
