Setting code page command to Windows SSH build-in custom platform

Idea based on BeyondInsight(PasswordSafe) : v6.9.0

[Issue] One of the build-in custom platforms, Windows SSH does not handle Japanese editions of Windows properly.

[Finding]
We believe you currently determine success of the password change by the string "successfully"
and probably this is the reason the the build-in custom platform does not work with Japanese Windows.

For example of the Japanese Windows with code page 932, returned messages are in Japanese language as marked by red line in screenshot,
while another Window marked by yellow line is with code page 437, used in US and other countries.

[Idea]
Adding command "chcp 437" to the Windows SSH platform in the beginning after connection to Windows should solve the issue.

I believe this should solve problem with other language codes as well.

I am uploading two screenshot, one with command windows and another for the build-in custom platform for this topic.
