BeyondInsight Console - Password Safe Tab

In the Password Safe Tab, It is possible add one or more columns? For example, IP Address, DNS Name, OS. With the objective to identify the assets

    Hi Brian,

    For us we are referring to the table being displayed in the Accounts and Requests screens in password safe. At present you are given a whole list of servers but not everyone knows which server is for what application when starting off. So against each of those assets, we would like to be able to add a description in BI (now available in BI v6.9+), and have that description displayed in the grids under Accounts and Requests screens.

    As per the request above however, it would be good if it's a configurable layout where you can pull any attribute for the asset in BI to be displayed in that grid. That will cater not only for the description we're after but for others they can have IP address, etc.

    For clarification: This idea appears to be referring to the Password Safe UI and the grid used for submitting requests for access. The Assets, Managed System and Managed Account grids are different targets and would benefit from a separate idea. Please correct me if I've misread the original submission.

    A while ago we requested a description field be added to the assets to facilitate identification of the assets but at the time the development was already in place for the description field to be added to the managed account instead. We are still working for this to be on the asset instead. So up-voting this.
