I am trying to validate ticket using "email id" of the user in SNOW and facing issues because current configuration mechanism in PasswordSafe supports SAMA account name. If we change the user validation details in SNOW from email to SAMA than it will take tremendous amount of time and it has risks involved. Attached is the detail for reference purpose. how can we leverage email id instead going with SAMA account name? can we configure your out of the box connector or is there any other work around for the same?
