This is something that would be useful for any Service Desk to help collect and track on established metrics for a team. Would help with collecting data on what the average concurrent sessions for a Rep is and then use this to establish metrics for a team to then use this moving forward. Example: A team has an expectation of taking at minimum 2 sessions at a time, being able to see that this is happening would be useful.
This would be something used my a management team to help with establishing and monitoring metrics of a team as mentioned above.
If the report could look at the start time of Session 1, than mark any new session with a start time that is newer than Session 1's end time as concurrent.
