Management - Outbound Event

We would like the ability to receive an email to our general support address anytime a new session is started from a client or a chat message is sent from a client.

    Adding to this, we need a mechanism for the client user to initiate a chat session with a support representative on a unattended client station. The use case for this is a user at a station that is not near a phone or means to communicate with a helpdesk.
