provide a reporting framework on all (configuration) data that allows customizations of reports and custom report creation
There should be an ability to report according to organizational boundaries (which could be used to delineate teams or companies in managed service provider use cases)
provide standard reports for things like:
Un/Successful approvals – summary and detail – Monthly with details such as:
user / device / when / active how long / ticket number
ability to see a breakdown of activities by device name and device type
Specific reports showing all usage of PAM by a team/customer. Ideally exported as an Excel spreadsheet, to allow further filtering on:
Event: often internal “System” events are also seen, so the facility to filter by event type / source, would be useful.
