We would like to suggest reviewing the way screenshots are saved, i.e. the degree of freedom agents have in chosing destination path as well as file name.
Our agents have explicitly asked for this as it would save them quite some time opposed to having to review images, naming them appropriately and pushing them to one of several possible destinations - where on the other hand an explorer-like save dialog would enable them to do that as they go.
This could be made an opt-out or opt-in setting, so agents that use Remote Support on a more casual basis still can simply click the button and be done with.
Also, it appears the default screenshot naming convention, especially the '@' interferes with our ticket system so it would not allow un-renamed screenshots to be attached. Thus, even where agents might consider the attachment's name to be irrelevant, they still have to do some renaming after the sessions.
