Allow RDP and VNC file transfer through jump points

Currently if you use a jump to establish a connection using VNC or RDP as the last hop, you only get screen sharing and no file transfer. This causes problems for support engineers who often need to copy config backups to or from an endpoint.

There are ways around this but it would be better if they just managed to code an actual way to make file transfer work. You can file transfer through Bomgar, and you can file transfer through both RDP and VNC so this should not be THAT difficult.

Chris, We are having to use protocol tunnel jumps in order to allow our users to transfer files when connecting via VNC. Moving this up the priority list would be awesome!

    Thanks!

I would also like to see a file transfer option supported for VNC. TightVNC Server supports internal file transfer. If the embedded VNC client in PRA could support file transfer that would be extremely helpful!

RDP File Transfer is supported in the product today for Thick Console sessions only. RDP File transfer is performed with the Clipboard functionality in the Access/Rep Console. Regarding Web Console sessions, RDP File Transfer is an item that we are researching for prioritization in 2021. I'd be happy to discuss this request with you if it would be benficial to connect.
