Right now we have 14+ departments, all with their own specific Public Portal for their customer base. If multiple departments decide to enable the "Show Representatives List" option on their individual portals ALL logged in technicians from all of our 14+ departments would show in that list, causing confusion for customers and technicians. Requesting the ability to granularly select which Support Teams can show on this list for each specific Public Portal.
