Mouse priority - Technicians should have more mouse rights than customers. Or it should be adjustable.

It would be helpful for our help desk if they have more mouse rights than the customers. Our help desk complains that customers cannot leave the mouse alone during a remote session.

It shoutld be adjustable who has more rights over the mouse during a session!

Yes there is the possibility of deactivating the mouse for the user, but sometimes they work togehter with the user on a bug, where it makes sense work togehter on this bug.

    As a Customer, I would not be happy with this behaviour: it's my computer! The Support Rep can toggle mouse control as needed, but Customer must retain option to interrupt.
